Coach Shan is currently the head of the JoaFitness in person coaching in Tampa, Fl. Her goal is for you to have an hour of more than “just a workout.” The one hour session is tailored for you to become educated on what type of exercises you are doing and why. Shan is here to build an experience for you, not just a one hour workout and done. It is more than just that one hour.
After the one hour is over, and you go home feeling accomplished, you also have membership to the JoaFitness Coaching App where you will be coached on creating a lifestyle outside of the gym with mindset tips and healthy, effective, and fun nutritional guidance.
