  • Proudest accomplishment: leaving my jobs at 22 and starting this amazing business/movement!
  • Favorite things to do on the weekends: getting together with my team/bestfriends/family and having deep meaningful conversations that help shape us to be our best selves!

  • Soul mission: With my personal experience and knowledge I show others that a strict mindset will not get them to their goals. I will challenge the negative perspective of health and fitness by enlightening others with positivity, passion, and knowledge. My mission is to not only help people reach their health and fitness goals, but help them just feel happy to be in their own skin and be who they are.
  • 5 Year Vision: My vision in 5 years is to help Team JoaFitness grow more and more everyday but for us to be traveling as coaches and impacting lives all around the world. Our impact will be greater than just Tampa alone.
  • Hidden Talent: I can eat a whole pizza…. AND MAKE IT FIT YOUR MACROS!
  • Proudest accomplishment: So far, my proudest accomplishment would be leaving a job where I was unhappy and comfortable to follow my dreams and do what I love. Also, pushing through mental barriers to make my dream of becoming an IFBB pro alive.

  • Soul mission: To get to know myself and live my life to the fullest potential, allowing me to teach and help other people do the very same. Spreading overall positivity!
  • 5 year vision: I envision a life where I am able to travel the world and help others while I do it, no matter where I am! I will inspire people to get in touch with their best selves, on a physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional level.
  • Hidden talent: Interior design! I’ve always had a knack for creating and designing, and I absolutely love decorating interiors. I actually earned my Residential Staging certificate in the summer of 2016!
  • Proudest accomplishment: Honestly, obtaining lifestyle balance and true happiness. This can be extremely challenging, and almost seems unattainable at times, but I can assure you it is possible. I’m here to help you do the same 🙂
  • Favorite things to do on the weekends: Spend time with my closest friends and loved ones, wherever that may be. Where I spend time with them varies, I just enjoy eating good food and spending quality time with my people. I am a social butterfly!
  • Favorite song: This is so hard to narrow down to just one! I gravitate towards anything that matches my mood. I range anywhere from chill vibes, to upbeat and funky, to the other end of the spectrum that makes me want to jump up and down or head bang haha!
